Doug, Joy, Morgan & Wyatt
In early 2018, we teamed up alongside the Atnip family with a vision of what our community desperately needed, a Childcare facility. January 14, 2019, LRCH officially opened it's doors & my goodness what a whirlwind it has been the last 5 years. We are truly blessed to be able to help our community we love so much.
I (Joy), Co-Owner of LRCH, focus on the Operating Business side of things at LRCH. Even though I may not be physically at LRCH, I am heavily involved in daily operations. As a kid I grew up on a Dairy farm & graduated from Logan-Rogersville. Doug has been in the Insurance Business for 25 years, traveling many days of the year visiting his clients & building the strong bonds. Doug & I have been married 28 years in June 2024. We have 2 children. Morgan, which many of you recognize & know as "Miss Morgan", is a Licensed Massage Therapist at a Health & Wellness Center in Joplin plus continues to spend time at LRCH. Wyatt, who loves anything related to Agriculture & recently moved to Amarillo, TX to manage McCormick Livestock. Before LRCH, I previously worked at a large Stainless Steel Company in the International Dept before transitioning into the Public School System of 13 years. And just as we met, Doug & I continue the farming tradition, raising our family showing livestock across the United States. Our daily life is quite busy but one we wouldn't trade for anything. If you want to hear what I am most passionate about just talk to me about FAMILY, LIVESTOCK or my other kids, my 6 spoiled Corgis. I can be caught most days in the barn as I've found my animals listen to me better than my humans LOL. I'm a summertime gal, cold weather is not my friend especially living on the farm & things always tend to happen when no one else is around leaving it to me. Planting flowers in the Springtime is my therapy. I feel truly blessed we are able to provide a service to our community.

Jeremy, Jaime & Hadley Atnip
Logan, Larissa & Riggs Martin
Together the Collard & Atnip families had a vision of what would eventually become what Little Rascals Clubhouse is today. Ideas that started in a spiral notebook in 2018 quickly became a reality & true blessing for many families in our surrounding community. As our world faced challenges no one ever expected, LRCH charged forward without hesitation, growing & welcoming new families whose providers had closed their doors.
Most days, Jaime (Co-Owner of LRCH) might be the first person to steal the morning snuggles from your little ones or is busy preparing meals the kids will devour during breakfast/lunch. Jaime & Jeremy have been married for 29 years. Before LRCH, Jaime ran an in-home daycare for many years before joining Heritage Child Development Center until their closure in 2018. Jeremy, alongside his family, own & operate Atnip Construction who have been in the Construction & Trucking Business for many years. Jaime & Jeremy have 2 children, Larissa & Hadley. Larissa & husband Logan, live in West Plains where they help operate Logan's family business. Larissa & Logan just welcomed their first child in March 2024, Riggs. Hadley continues the family tradition by working along side his family at Atnip Enterprises. Jaime have lived in the community her entire life & graduated from Webb City High School. Jaime loves being outside, spending weekends at the lake, relaxing poolside, spoiling her dog Daisy & NOW spending precious time with her first grandson Riggs.

Braydan, Kyleigh & Hallie
Long time employee Kyleigh Clouse not only has been inside the classroom as a former Lead Teacher to now in her new role as center Director.
Kyleigh came to work at LRCH in November 2021. Kyleigh is from Carthage & graduated from Diamond School District. After high school, Kyleigh attended Crowder College studying Early Childhood Education. Kyleigh & her husband Braydan, have been married for 2 1/2 years. They just welcomed their first child in September, precious little Hallie. When motherhood allows, Kyleigh loves to spend quite time reading, exploring the land by hiking or outside playing in the dirt gardening. Included in their family are 2 loved dogs.
Kyleigh says, "I loved my time in the classroom working with kids, but I am excited to transition to the Front where I can see all of the kids."
